To drive
In St Maarten we drive on the right side of the road
Driver's licence
Valid driver's licence from any juridiction with picture
and other picture identification (passport, ID card)
Payment
All major credit cards accepted
Drivers
Nobody else can drive the car unless they meet all regular rental requirements and are listed on your rental agreement form upon rental.
Car return
Cars must be returned to the office of the car rental or an approved dropoff location.
Taxes
Rentals are subject to local Sales Tax of 5% and 4.5% Service Charge
Road Service
Renter should contact rental location in the event of an emergency
Fuel
Vehicles are rented with a full tank of gas and should be returned full to avoid a locally determinated refueling charge.
Vehicles
Vehicles may not be taken off the Island
